Technology Mix is looking for an experienced software application developer to add features and functions to our Realty Broker Office software.  The ideal person will know how to analyze existing code to determine where and how to make program changes.  You must also be able to read, write and analyze design specifications to implement new features; be able to design and code new features based on clients recommendations; document your code; and communicate clearly using non-techie jargon. 

Our Realty Broker Office software runs in a Linux environment, using PHP and MySQL, and is used by real estate companies, franchises, brokers and agent across the United States and Internationally.

Requirements and Compensation
- At least 2 years of PHP & MySQL programming in Linux environment
- Must know Html, ASP, FPDF, Linux, Perl, MyDNS, Windows, Secure Certificates
- Must know credit card process, cURL, data encryption, GEO Coder
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Must document all programs (code will be checked for documentation)
- Must have phone, computer, and internet connection

This is a contract position.  Compensation is based on experience
